I (25F) need advice. I desperately need to start losing weight, about 3-4 stone to get myself healthier but I am really struggling. I struggle with binge eating and also have a few chronic conditions that make it difficult to get out of bed, let alone go to the gym. I also find it hard to go to the gym and classes as I am really embarrassed at how I look at the moment! Was just wondering if anyone had any tips, I'd really appreciate it.
