I recently moved into an upstairs apartment. The first day, I could barely walk up, without even carrying anything. Was just winded immediately.
A week later and it is much easier to go up the stairs.
Also, between heavy lifting for moving and stress eating an entire pizza and box of ice cream, I somehow managed to maintain my same weight.
Now that I'm settled into my new apartment and job, I'm going to build a new healthy routine.
- Tracking all food
- Only buying healthy foods I know I won't binge on
- Meal prepping for success
- Exercising every day on my lunch break
It should be much easier now that I live alone - no temptations!
