This past week I've tried to make a conscious effort to eat enough protein but I'm falling way short- like at least 30g. I even upped my calorie limit from 1200 to 1500. I'm on a platuea after losing 25 pounds over the past 3 months.
What are your go-to high protein snacks, lunches or dinners? I really want to avoid protein powder if possible. I'm not vegetarian or vegan but plant sources of protein are encouraged.
