I've been dealing with a lot of stress and sleeping badly so I think my appetite hormones are out of control. I feel hungry at night when I eat at maintenance and if I eat at a deficit my stomach rumbles so badly and it's even more difficult to sleep. I've gained 20lbs in total (and 13 of those pounds have been after started to try and lose the initial gain). I'm short so 20lbs is very noticeable - I'm about 3 dress sizes larger than before. Any tips or tricks to feel less hungry? The stress unfortunately isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
(I also, unfortunately, cannot create much more of a deficit through exercise as I have a medical condition which has caused me to bed bound for most of the year and even simple things like showering standing up aren't possible a lot of days).
