[Progress Pics] 150 pounds down, jogged 2 miles for the first time ever today, and couldn't be happier

This past month and a half I've been stuck on a plateau. I was getting a bit disheartened, but trying to get comfortable with the idea that healthy will be my lifestyle, no matter if the scale ever decides to move again.

A few days ago, the scale finally started moving again and the numbers have been dropping like crazy. And now I'm happy to share this milestone with you all: progress pics at 150 pounds down

A few things for the folks I know will ask: I've done this by just watching calories. I started by getting educated on Noom, and eating 1200 calories per day. I walked every day for the first 10 months, and just started jogging one month ago. 90% of the journey really is about eating a balanced, low-cal diet.
