Well, after my appointment with the metabolic specialist this week I have been told that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH ME.
I was praying for some diagnosis and a magic pill I could take so I could have an explanation that wasn’t “YOU’RE UNHEALTHY AND IT IS ALL YOUR FAULT!”
But that’s it. I have to get a grip on this. There is too much at stake now.
I’ve got a dietician prescribed eating plan and I’ve enrolled into an 8 week fitness challenge starting on the 6th of September.
I cried my eyes out last night to my husband and told him I was sorry and that I need some support.
This is is. It’s 15kgs by Christmas.
Please, please if you have tips - help.
