Ways of eating with best long term success?

Hello, sw:277 cw:264 5ft 6in gw: 180 age:39. I would love some advice from people who have had some long term success. I have been overweight since middle school (the vast majority of my life). I have yo-yo dieted multiple times, and I always end up worse off then when I started. I have tried weight watchers, my fit foods, Atkins, keto. All of these I have initial success but eventually lose willpower and fail. Obviously I need to change my mental approach to food. I am also considering intermittent fasting. Please any advice on what has worked for you to keep going long term. I am so tired of being heavy. Thank you in advance!
