My fiance and I (30F, SW: 158, GW: 136, CW: 134) got engaged in February 2020, and I immediately doubled-down on my attempts at dieting. Joined WW in April 2020 and I've been using CICO since January this year, with exercise all the way along. I gave up the gym two weeks ago to avoid any risk of Covid and was really nervous, as any exercise I could do outside at home either put me in physical pain or did next to nothing. Hence two loooooong weeks of being really strict with my diet.
We get married tomorrow (EEEEEKKK) and we're having dinner at the venue tonight (3 course meal included in our stay) - but when I weighed myself this morning, I'm under my goal weight! Not by much, so I'll fit in my dress - but enough that I should be my goal weight on our wedding day!
I did it! Thanks for all the tips I've read and advice when I've posted :) see you after the honeymoon!!
