33 male SW 317 CW 296 :( GW 225. After dieting and walking for weeks I joined a gym. After almost 2 weeks in the gym 5 days a week I am GAINING WEIGHT. I'm so frustrated ...

Keeping the diet has been a breeze. I stay at or below 1900-2000 a day which is way under the deficit for a 6'3 300lbs. I eat well and never cheat. 317 to 300 passed quickly. I joined a gym and started doing serious lifting. Its been about two weeks and I love working out and the gym but my daily weigh ins have been INCREASING. Its a huge hit to my morale and I hate it. I've been so down that I almost just said fuck it and went to get fast food... I didn't! but fuck it was hard.

I got down to 292 about 10 days ago and the next day it was 294 then 295 and now today 296. I was super hoping that the extra working out would help me burn fat but I can't see results. I"m not quitting but my mood and determination are definitely going down.

I'm' not eating any more than i was before. My meals are clean. Protein shake for breakfast, yogurt fresh fruit and nuts for lunch and a protein rich dinner. I'm trying so fucking hard.

Any clue on whats happening to me?
