Like the title says, I’m looking for something that’s going to assist me in my weight loss journey. I ride my myx bike daily(between 20-40 minutes per exercise) and I typically select the HIIT exercises. I’ve been watching my caloric intake and am hovering at a caloric deficit level. My question is this: among you who have used a thermogenic/suppressant, which one had the best results? Meaning how effective they were, how quickly they worked, etc. I wouldn’t say no to something that helps me shed quickly, but also weight loss is a steady, sometimes slow process. Any recommendations appreciated!
