Hi everyone,
I am looking for some advice from people who may have done this already. I am a 33 year old man who has about 6 and 1/2 stone to lose, I've started calorie counting and upping my exercise and the weight is starting to shift, which is good.
A big fear I have though is ending up with lots of excess skin, I mean it keeps me up some nights worrying. I know I should focus on the health aspects but honestly I am more driven by how I look at the minute and I am wondering if anyone has lost that much weight without seeing a huge mount of excess skin and if so how did you accomplish it?
