What are some small habits you changed to make losing weight easier?

For example, back in high school, I cut out soda and lost a lot weight without feeling like I was depriving myself.

Recently I've gotten out of the habit of eating dessert. I still eat sugar all the time, but I broke that habit where I felt like I have to eat something sweet after a meal. It saves me a ton of calories for the day because there were often times when the dessert was bigger than the actual meal. And it really only took a week to break that habit.

I'm looking to find some more of these small lifestyle changes that help me lose weight without feeling exhausted.

What kind of stuff did you cut out/add in that made a huge difference?
