Hi everyone I've been dieting/counting calories since May 1st 2021 I've been doing anywhere from 250 to 500 calories deficit from my maintenance.
I started off 210 lb currently I'm 179 I feel a lot better and I have learned to eat better and make better food choices. My goal weight is 165 lbs also I'm male 5'10
Unfortunately this last week I've been struggling daily deficit of 1700 calories I've been eating more like 2100 to 2500 calories. For some reason or another I've just been staying hungry.
I really don't want to fall off the wagon. What do you guys think I should do to reach my goal weight. Because every day this deficit is becoming more more unrealistic to me. Thanks everyone!
