I walked 8 kilometers today

So I usually walk around 5-6 kilometers at once but today I did 8 and it took about 2 hours. I started gaining weight in the start of 2019 and didn’t stop until now. I gained a total of 77 lbs. I want to lose 80 lbs and be healthy. I’m considering fasting or only eating cucumbers for a while my body has enough fat to survive while not eating.I’m really fat and I just wanna be able to wear a L size dress I bought this week and feel comfortable getting my picture taken.

I’m walking 10 000 steps on average. And I just wanna be healthy I am considered obese at the moment. With my height and weight and the exercise that I do I burn 2500 kcal everyday. If I keep it up without extra calories I can maybe lose up to 1 kg every other day. I don’t know how long it will take but I will get into the dress I promise. I don’t want to be super skinny just the way I was before but with a flat stomach. I hope I don’t get tired because I cannot gain any sugar or fat during this period. I will occasionally eat meat. But no bread and no sugar or fat. I want to commit so I promise I won’t eat anything besides alternatives to cucumbers. I hope it doesn’t take that long. When I get to my ideal weight I reckon it will be easy to keep the weight off as a result of my stomach getting smaller and exercising daily. I won’t walk for kilometers everyday like now. Just one hour exercise like Pilates or sth. I swear I’m gonna lose it all by the end of this year. There I said it. Once said cannot be taken back. It only takes one push. There is no try. Just do it. Put the pressure on me! I will update weekly
