Should I switch over to eating at maintenance?

I've been cutting for about 5 months now, with the same 5 pounds fluctuating. I admit that I do have a cheat day once every week or 2x every 2 weeks but I go back to eating at my deficit pretty easily. I do Crossfit about 2-3x a week and work from home (not much movement there). I also have PCOS with insulin resistance, so that probably makes it slightly more difficult for me to lose weight like a normal person. I feel like 5 months of eating at a deficit is a bit too long and I should start eating at maintenance for the next 2-3 months, but I am afraid this is going to hinder my weight loss, seeing that I am already overweight.

My stats: 4'11", 125lbs

Has anyone had success losing weight by eating at maintenance calories? My goal is still to lose about 10 pounds but the scale isn't moving any lower.
