I've already posted my story here, but in short:
I am a personal trainer, and before the blockade I was very thin and ended up gaining a lot of weight in this pandemic, I had a thyroid problem that I discovered in June, I started treatment 2 weeks ago and I also developed binge eating at the beginning of the pandemic due to family problems and
Because of my weight, I ended up being fired from the gym where I worked for not being able to do even half of the basic exercise series that I gave my clients in the worst situations.
Have you ever gone through something like this? Get too thin for life and end up getting fat?
I even talked to a fellow from the sub, who sometimes finds no motivation to lose weight, because fewer people here have gone through this situation.
