Reverse dieting but overate - any advice?

I recovered from an eating disorder (yo yo dieting and eventually eating 1200 cals and below for years). I started reverse dieting by adding 100 calories per week and lifting weights and have lost a LOT of weight for the first time in months, consistently.

Currently I’m losing weight at 1500 calories a day, which is a huge change for me as before I was eating 1100 calories and didn’t see a change for a huge amount of time. I have way more energy too!

Problem is, today I overate. I’m probably at 2300 calories today. How do you handle these situations with reverse dieting?

I get a little triggered when I “punish” myself for 7 days by restricting which is what I always used to do (of course led to binge restrict cycles). So should I just let it go? Does this 1 day jeopardize my reverse diet?
