Is eating at my BMR enough to lose weight?

So I want to lose some weight I've put off this year and well, I planned a routine that goes like this:

30 min - 1 hour bycicle ride (~12 Km) kinda slow I know 15 min. treadmill (9 Km/h)

Some strength training, like 30 - 45 min. each session and practicing some jumping rope because why not? I want to learn that thing.

So here's the thing: I'm a male (19 | 59 Kg | 173 cm) with some fat around the belly, and my BMR goes roughly around 1400 cals, so... is it enough to consume to lose weight? If so, how much can I lose with this? Thing is all this new world is kind of confusing to me and, I'd like some guidance. Thanks in advance.
