So I am making a commitment to be healthier and thus loose weight. It’s always been hard for me due to lack of motivation and living at home with family (can never seem to eat healthier). Now that has change and I am ready to make some progress.
So far on the eating side I’ve started to do intermediate fasting 16:8. Which is working really well for me so far. This week I began to do calorie deficit not eating more than 2,559 calories. In addition I’m slowly getting rid of sugary drinks.
My focus now is on exercise. I’m planning on start going to the gym soon. Just need to figure out how to start.
Anyways some info: I’m 26M, 6’3” tall, currently weight 305lbs. I think reasonably my goal is to get to 215lbs within a year.
If anyone has any advice it would be really appreciated.
