8 cheat days in a row - felt so good

So I lost a lot of weight very fast and someone advised me to take 9 days off of dieting to make sure I don't get gall stones

Don't need to tell me twice, so I hit up the store, I got pork pies, coated/roasted/salted peanuts, chocolate, icecream... every craving I swear

My calorie count went from ~1500kcal per day to:

Friday - 2,395

Saturday - 2,420

Sunday - 3,190 I had a whole pot of B&J's dammit

Monday - 2,265

Tuesday - 2,642

Wednesday - 2,530

Thursday - 2,500

Friday - 2,780

Tomorrow I plan to just have 1,300 because I went a bit overboard given my TDEE is ~2,450, and then continue with the 1500kcal diet because it's working super well for me, and the cheat food is pretty much all gone lol (I will not buy more, I will not buy more, I w....)

My weigh in is on monday and I hope I just maintain ~206lbs which was my weigh in on Monday 2nd Aug, if it's higher than 210lbs I'll feel a bit set back honestly

PS: Something that surprised me: A pot of B+J's was 1,150kcal, a King Sized Pot Noodle was 550kcal, a bag of fries... that was 950kcal. A double pack of Ramen with some Quorn pieces was 1,000kcal. These things I'd have now and then were soo calorie dense and I just never read these labels
