Can’t seem to shift weight, starting to get bigger

I’m a 28 male.

I’ve never been fat, I’ve always been described as quite lean. I’m 6 foot and around 13 stone (182 pounds).

I run around 20km a week, if not more and occasionally play football, lift weights, cycle and attend an aerobics class.

My diet isn’t awful, I don’t eat loads, I’ll eat oats for breakfast, rice or pasta for lunch, maybe something similar for dinner and then fruit for supper.

I don’t drink alcohol and stay away from fizzy drinks (unless it’s diet).

The last few months I’ve felt like I’ve dealt ballooned in weight, I seem fatter around my stomach.

What more can I do to target stomach fat? I can increase my physical activities but anything more?

Thanks
