Is a 1,700cal deficit too aggressive?

So i decided i should more closely count my CICO and stop eating out entirely as 2 months of weight training 5 days a week and "attempting" to count calories has yielded zero results on the scale. I downloaded a tracker MyNetDiary and tracked what i ate today, and got about 2,100 cal. These foods probably also arent the best, but way better than fast food im assuming and consists of things like cheerios and skim milk for breakfast, turkey and cheese on wheat for lunch and ground beef and a potato for dinner. Its something i think i could get by with as far as being full, but according to a TDEE calculator my maintenance is 3,700, meaning im in a 1,600cal deficit. Is this healthy to continue such a strong deficit? I also read on this subreddit from comments saying NOT to go below your BMR as it will cause metabolism issues (mine is 2,400 based on calculator.net). If it isnt good to eat this little, what should i add to increase daily calories? Sorry if these are all stupid questions, i am very new to watching what i eat lol.
