Exercise Suggestions for Chronic Pain?

Hello everyone, I was looking for some advice on exercise suggestions to do that will be manageable/get me started building up strength to do more.
I'm 4'11'', I haven't had a reliable weight for a while but I'm somewhere between 70-90KG I think. Vegetarian. Usually eat one meal a day with a couple of snacks through out.
Currently take the neighbour's dog for a walk for an hour, with a sit down half way through usually for a little while to get a drink. Sometimes more than an hour's walk, rarely less. I do physio for my leg and back but it's mostly things like lumbar rotation and such. Nothing too strenuous. When I'm playing games in the living room I will sometimes walk/march on the spot for a few minutes at a time because I heard that was good to do. I also do work in the garden when I can.

I suffer with chronic pain through most of my body, but mainly the legs and back. I have mental health issues and was supposed to be getting seen about if I had fibromyalgia before all the COVID stuff. Because of this, I've had quite a hard time doing anything intensive. I wondered if anyone here has been in a similar boat and found a way to shed some extra weight - I think the weight is making things a little harder on my body as well - viscous cycle and that.

Will take any advice really!
