I’ve been so unhappy with my body for as long as I can remember. It’s affecting my sex life badly too. Every time I have sex the only thing I can think about is how ugly the other person must think my stomach rolls are. I hate thinking like this, and I really wanna love my body. I know that I don’t love it in this state. I lost 20 pounds a couple years ago but then stopped. I’ve maintained the same weight since then but over the years I’ve grown increasingly unhappy with my weight. I want to lose more, but I don’t know how to do it in a healthy way. I didn’t necessarily lose the first 20 in a great way and that’s why I stopped when I hit the 20 mark. If anyone has any good tips for me to get started again but healthily I would appreciate it.
TL;DR I need advice on how to lose 20 more pounds healthily.
