Im around 5’9 and 190-195. I feel and look like absolute shit. Going into 9th grade i was just under 25% body fat around 23 percent(which is normal) but after covid hit i got fat and my body fat percentage is probably pushing into the 30% tile. Idrk. I feel as if im alone. My mom/dad are always buying fast food/cooking unhealthy meals and i just go along with it. And im always coming up with excuses like I’ll start next week, Or i look just fine. I just don’t want to leave my bed and it makes me sad. I want to atleast go down to 160-175 range. My family isnt in the best of positions when it comes to money so i cant really afford a gym membership or expensive workout devices.(i have a bench with some weights, it totals around 85-90ibs bench press) any tips?
