Someone that I weigh in to twice a week. Someone that I need to answer to/ report in to. It has to be about the numbers and the facts ie they wont listen to or put up with my rationalizing or my stories. They will ask me about the exercise I have planned for the next few days ie what exercise will you commit to, and also ask me about the exercise i completed vs committed to for the last 3 days. This person needs to be a bit tough so that i feel the pressure to deliver. The diet i know what to do, i just need someone to report in to. Anyone interested?
Our check in times will be scheduled and they cant be moved. The check-in can be via sms or whats app or here. We can sort that out later.
