How active am I, according to the app’s standards?

Hello all! I am in maintenance mode and want to be successful. I am a 48year old woman.

I average 20,000 steps a day according to my Apple Watch and I take 3 2-mile walks every day (totaling 6 or maybe a little more) at about 3.8-4mph. I go in the morning, at lunch, and after work. I also get up and walk for 5 minutes every work hour (I set a timer.)

All of that said, I DO have a desk job. I have a sit and stand desk so I’m not seated all 8 hours. Right now my LoseIt! app is set to “somewhat active” and I’m consistently going over my calories by 200-400 or so with no noticeable change in weight. So based on the numbers I gave (steps, time) do you think by the app standards I am “somewhat active” or “highly active”? There’s also “extremely active” but I don’t think I’m that… Thoughts?
