H e l p

So, I'm fairly new to the whole healthy lifestyle thing. Keep in mind, I'm 15, so I don't have too much say in the meals my mom cooks or the food that we have in our home. However, I want to lose weight before school starts (2 weeks and 3 days). I'm not expecting to lose like 20 pounds in 2 weeks, because that's quite an u healthy way to lose weight, but maybe at least 1-3 pounds realistically. I've been doing Chloe Ting's Two Week Shred challenge (I do this along with a few chest reduction workouts) but I haven't really seen much of a difference, and I haven't been eating that great either (I cut out sweets which was my main problem, but I still have a problem with over eating). I have 1-6 questions if anyone as any advice for me! 1. What things should I cut back on to lose weight? 2. How do I stop binge eating/over eating? 3. Should I count calories? 4. Is it okay to eat the same things, but eat smaller portions? 5. What sort of exercises should I focus on if I want to get slim and lean, not bulky? 6. Is it bad to workout for a while (around an hour) but not be active for the rest of the day?

sorry for all of the questions! I'm inexperienced with these sort of things, so I would like to make sure I ask everything I need to ask :)
