I’ve been struggling to lose weight this past year and some of last year. I kept counting calories but I wasn’t measuring food so I over-ate a ton.
One huge thing is that I kept drinking too much juice! I should have cut juice out a long time ago. Everyday at least 400 - 600 or more calories was juice.. I never really paid attention. I just drink a LOT of juice at all hours of the day so removing it was the missing piece.
The worst part is that I’ve been through this whole cico lose weight plan before. I was originally 185 pounds and went down to 146 after cutting out juice in 2017. It was amazing.
I’m 2020 I decided to try again after sky rocketing to 205 pounds. I was struggling up until maybe 2 months ago. Got rid of juice just like in my original journey and now I’m down to 190 pounds 😊 I can’t wait to lose 30 more pounds.
