Does anybody else get really anxious with all the labels and rules of eating?
I've followed almost every diet out there and have labeled myself so many different things in the past (vegan, paleo, whole30). I want to be someone who doesn't label how they eat, but now I don't know how to eat (as dumb as that sounds). I have gained and am continuing to gain weight, and although I still love my body most days, I would like to get back to my fittest self but I don't know how! Where do I start? I've lost so much motivation to cook and prepare healthy foods. I don't know where to draw the line or how much to eat of what. Ergh! Maybe I'm overthinking this.
Would love to know if anybody else has been going through these mental gymnastics.
