Not exactly a huge goal but I'm just here to say that last month I weighed almost 180 pounds and now I'm down to 171 pounds :) It's so nice to see that it's working so fast...
What I did is:

Intermittent fasting; fasting all day, have a midday snack (abt 2-5 in afternoon), then dinner. Try to have smaller meals.

LOTS of water, as much as I can. I aim for a gallon of water but even if I didn't get to a gallon it's still great to drink water. I used to drink lots of soda, and I went from soda immediately to water, quit soda cold turkey.

EXERCISE. I didn't even do much, I just MOVED. I made a new a TikTok account and only liked fitness-related videos in order to fill my entire FYP with workout videos. I then saved a bunch of the ones I liked and tried them later when I exercised. Most of my exercised were no equipment, but I do have a pair of 5-pound each hand weights that I got from like, WalMart or somewhere. I used those as well and I am even going to start using them while I watch Youtube videos in order to exercise even more.

I did NOT walk on a treadmill. Not saying you shouldn't, it won't hurt- I'm just stating that I haven't walked in a long while!
I'm just so proud of myself even if this isn't a huge goal. I'm currently aiming for 140 pounds (I am a 5 foot 6 inch female, which is a healthy BMI. Yes I know BMI isn't totally accurate but I am not looking to gain muscle, just lose fat!)
Also, I did not count calories, at all. I'm already doing intermittent fasting, so I'm sure it doesn't matter too much what you eat as long as its healthy-ish/smaller portions.
