M:20 5’9” 165: My previous post talked about how I’m always hungry and people were saying to go see a doctor. So I went to the doctor and got bloodwork and everything was normal. They told me to just eat if you are hungry...but that’s what ends up making me gain weight. It sucks I can’t follow my intuition so now I feel like I’m stuck. Sometimes I just want to sleep so I can just get away from the hunger and thoughts about food. It’s been two years and I’ve tried everything. I was originally 155lbs and over the years I’ve gained 10 pounds although I still seem to be 15% body fat. I don’t feel comfortable going above 15% as my barely visible abs will completely disappear. Would it be a good time to possibly go on a drug that reduces appetite?
