It seems like my happiness lately has been dependent on weekend meals at restaurants. I would really like to learn to be happy with cooking meals for myself entirely with the occasional dining out on special occasions. My problem is that I don’t like having a predictable diet and finding new places to eat really entertains my tastebuds. I also get tired of cooking during the week and I’ve been using the weekends to relax and not make any food. But maybe I need to learn more efficient ways to prepare my food.
Did any of you successfully eliminate restaurant food from your diet? How did you do it?
