Satiety is never a feeling i have since i cut out all sodas/sweets. I finish meals with steak or fish with pasta or rice and salad and despite the general consencus of the community about " add fat to your meals to feel satiated" i am hungry ans craving food...anything...within an hour... It's literrally sabotagin my effort to lose weight.It has been 17 days since i cut all sugar and life is misery and fruits .dont.help.a.bit...honey does but its dangerous calorie wise So any way to fight sugar addiction?or should i just drink water all day long since food isnt doing it...i could eat literally everything and stop only at unhealthy ammounts cause of shame not cause of satiety. Any advice/thought is helpful M/27yo/186cm/110kg/daily 6km walk
