So this is the first time I've posted anywhere on Reddit, but I've really been trying to make a change in myself and thought a support group would help me get through this 😅 25m I started trying to lose weight... AGAIN two months ago and I'm really just tired of the yo-yo effect, I've dieted on and off for years now and really just wanna see how far I can go! I gained a lot of weight binge eating after high school due to some depression, at my heaviest I got to over 400lbs. Final straw for me was my significant other and I went for a walk, and I got super winded after just going up a slight hill, was incredibly embarrassed and disappointed in myself. So far I've been doing well though! I back in the gym for the first time since I was 18, cut out sugar and got myself back down to 362! Still have a long way to go but I'm proud seeing what I've done so far :)
