M/5'8/20/70kg (154ibs)
First thing first, i used to be obese (116kg/256ibs) so i have been losing weight for a really long time, there were ups and downs but i managed to reach my goal (still 3-4kgs away), currently i weigh 70kg but have been 70kg for the past week and a half, i eat at a deficit and i also do cardio alongside weight lifting, but i have been taking creatine for one week (3.5-5g daily), am i not losing weight because of the creatine or do i have to cut my calories even lower and increase my cardio? Its been kinda demotivating since i am so close to reach my goal, and the sooner i reach my goal the sooner i can get loose skin surgery (which is another thing i have to be anxious about)
