Hello reddit, I'm pretty new to losing it. I've kind of been a couch potato my whole life since my mom has been strict and never really let me out during my childhood. I'm 14 years old, 5'4" and 183 lbs. Yeah, not too proud of it. I have no real idea on how to lose it. I've been starting walking 5km a day and Samsung Health says I burn roughly 290 calories. I've been trying to train muscle for pushups which is also hard. I've also been eating less, around 1650 calories per day. Would you know how long it would take to at least 155 lbs. ? If you guys could lend some advice and preferably inspirational stories, it would make me feel better.
