When did your water (progress) finally broke through

Hello Everyone.

I have just finished my second workout of the week.

I did 56 minutes of both cycling and walking moderately ( at 3 miles per hour) with an incline of 10, this is my first week and I have drunk around 152 ounces of water today.

I wonder if that is a bit excessive.

I want this to work, I don't want to set myself back a peg and ensure that I start again. I know it will take time and it's going to take patience. I just have a vision for myself and I want to appreciate myself.

The question I want to ask is, when was that point, where you looked in the mirror or scale and noticed that this is working, that it's real and that you look so different. That you feel sexually attractive to yourself and others. That boost of confidence, when you look in the mirror.

How long did it take also? If it took you a short period or a long time? I love hearing success stories, it gives me hope and drive that I can reach mine.

Thanks.
