AAAAAA im so frustrated, i spend the last 3days with my family, having high calories meals together, spending half of the days chatting drinking tea eating snacks around the table. Today we went on hiking, phew, thats atleast some good workout i thought. Im exhausted rn and when i stand on the scale my weight went up 2kg within 3 days!!! I spent like 2 weeks to shred it off that 2 kg and now im so so mad, i regret my decisions on eating that much stuff with my family, even more angry cus of this exhausting hiking haven't really done anything to me. My family just left and I feel like crap rn. I hate to imagine the next couple of days spending those effort to shred those weight off. I know this is temporary but im just really unhappy with this. I love my family but since i step on this weight lost journey MAN i hate family dinners and gatherings. Everytime its like, oh shit, here we go again... Any tips on how to get rid of those pounds asap? I dont want my efford turned to nothing.
