I had 1000 cals left to eat today come dinnertime, since I barely are all day as I was busy. I decided to order a 9" (small) pizza and gave myself permission to eat the entire thing. In the past I definitely would have been able to, but that is no longer the case. I was super duper full after 1.5 slices, and still feel full and bloated almost 2 hours later. I realize that my stomach has shrank and I just can't eat as much as I used to, but part of me is bummed out by this because I just wanted to eat a lot of food. Has anyone else felt this way before?
TL:DR I can't eat as much as I used to and I'm unsure how I feel about it.
