Of course I went back up to 289 after 7 days of being sick. It was down to 287 but trying not to panic. I didn’t check it for a few days.
I worked out at home and still plan to get back to the gym. It’s my goal to get back this month. I always lost 5 lbs a week by doing extra cardio and 20 lbs every time I train. It takes 2 months for me to lose 20 lbs. So I’m trying not to freak out. It’s just on a pause until I feel better and ready to hit the gym again. Letting my body recover. I had 2 small bags of chips last night and some ice cream, I was feeling down. Only had 2 small bottles of soda and both were zero sugar. One was ginger ale for being sick. I counted everything in my budget so I am not worried.
Hoping by Monday or even this Saturday I can get back to training. I felt very faint on my walk home today but I also think I was starving. All fixed now.
