Counting calories

So I’ve been losing weight since March of 2020 and I lost 50 lbs in just under a year. I’m super happy with my progress, going from 200lbs to 150lbs was a huge change. Since March / April I’ve been working two jobs and haven’t lost any weight since then. I also didn’t count calories during this journey as I have struggled with eating disorders in the past. Ideally I’d like to lose another 10-15 lbs and I know I need to count calories to do this. My activity is good, getting around 12,000 steps in a day. My eating has not been ideal though, the only reason I’ve maintained is because I’ve been on my feet for 12+ hours a day.

If anyone has any tips/tricks for counting calories in a healthy way that’s not too restrictive that would be much appreciated. Or setting up meal plans that are healthy and easy/ fast to cook. For reference I’m 5’6”, 150lbs, 22 years old. Thanks!!
