I have tried and failed at enough diets. This time I just want to make lasting changes in the way I approach food and health. I don’t want to count calories or do anything too restrictive that could lead me to backsliding. Instead I’ve just been exercising 4-5x a week for about an hour and eating mostly clean foods. I let myself have 2 unhealthy meals per week. I’ve been doing this for a few weeks now and have noticed a change in my energy level but not in my weight/measurements. I’m not sure where to go from here without getting too strict and giving up. I’m fine with losing weight slowly, but I want to make sure that I’m on the right path.
