I'm a 5'7" 24-year-old male weighing in about 205lbs, so not great. Honestly, if I changed my diet I would drop a lot of weight considering its basically fast food and soda.
I used to count my calories but it became tedious at every dinner asking mom for quantities and shit.
I have tried to change my diet before but always struggled and just went back to a fast-food diet. I really want to beat it this time I have some old clothes I would love to be able to wear again> plus my brother's wedding is in 5 weeks and i don't wanna buy a new white shirt
So how do I go about changing my diet for good?
