How to keep losing without strictly tracking? Any tips?

FW: 141 CW: 125 GW: 120

I've gone from 141 lbs to 125 lbs (5'2" female). I'm at a point now where I'm happier with my weight but would still like to lose at least 5 lbs or so. I started weight lifting a month ago and consistently exercise for 5 days per week (30-50 minute sessions, mostly weight training nowadays).

I tracked for two months but really want to go back to eating food I've avoided. For instance, I absolutely love having some Thai curry but I haven't had it for the duration I've been trying to lose weight because it's so hard to weigh. The same goes for other Filipino/Asian dishes that are hard to measure. I really want to slowly have them again but I'm worried that I'll always end up overeating if I can't track them. Do you think I should switch to IF with a bit of CICO tracking? How do you approach this? I don't want to restrict myself anymore with these types of food.
