So r/fitness just seems mean in general and yall seem way more supportive so I’d rather ask for advice here.
I’m a 26yo woman, I’m pretty short (somewhere between 5’0 to 5’1) and currently, I weigh 128lbs. I want to reach 110lbs and lose my belly pouch but I have no idea how. I’ve started calorie counting and try to stay below 1200 kcals (today was approx 800) and I’ve also started going to the gym though I’m currently doing 30 mins of treadmill (during which I switch between moderate incline low speed and low incline moderate speed) but I think that’s only helping me burn 150 kcals per workout. I have a desk job so I have no other physical activity and I’m starting to obsess over my weight and it’s becoming mentally unhealthy. Just wanna be slim again and lead a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically... Any tips or advice you could give me? Is it too late for me to reach those goals because it seems impossible rn. Honestly, the weight is not even my main issue, it’s my belly pouch that doesn’t feel like me and is depressing me.
