Loosing all motivation

22m 5’10 SW: 280 CW:220 GW:180

I have been on this fitness journey for 7 months now and I have lost 60lbs which is very impressive and I’m proof of myself for and probably the slimmest I’ve been in my life. But I literally have lost all the desire to workout and eat healthy. Like I’m tired. I do this very unhealthy way of workout out by doing only cardio, I would do slow steady walking for either 1hour to 2 hours, because I’d burn like 1,400-2,000 calories a session. I was more into the results than anything and I think that took a big toll on my lack of drive. I don’t know what to do at this point because I’m terrified of going back to my original weight especially when it’s almost impossible to lose the last 20lbs. I know a lot of people will say to refer to weights and stuff but I just don’t know. With the pause, comes back the major depression and self hatred. I started to pick up basketball again and it burns a good 1,000-2,000 calories but it’s too strenuous on my body to do daily Rn. Any tips or helpful insight would be great.
