I should start this by saying that I don't live alone. I live with my parents + younger sister who is 22. Currently impossible for me to move out as I don't have a stable enough job for it yet plus a few mental health issues I dont want to get into at the moment.
Nobody in my family follows a healthy diet. I've started and ended diets 6 times in the last 5 years with little to no success. I've seen countless nutritionists who gave me diets that I was unable to follow. It's come to a point where I'm questioning if I have an eating disorder or not.
Every time I try to start again, either my mother or my sister buy a bucket of ice cream and chocolate. Fridge is constantly restocked with sodas and sweet teas. Abstinence doesn't help, as the pure pressure put into me for not eating the unhealthy stuff is very difficult to overcome.
I know I have a part in the blame but it's really difficult to follow a diet this way. I've already been told that I'm not going to last long if I don't get back into a healthy weight that I haven't been on in my entire adult life. Is there something I can do to mitigate that so I can at the very least follow it?
