How bad can losing weight by only biking/walking (cardio) be?

20 year old female here. So basically just started biking to college to save some money and I bike for approximately 8 ish km everyday. (~5 miles) I've been biking for 4 months now and just realised that I'm losing weight. I was around 67 kg (~147 lbs) and now I'm 63 kg (~138 lbs) I know it's not a big loss but atleast its a progress 1kg/month is not that bad if u ask me.

But the main problem here is that Im very busy with college stuff most of the day I don't have time to do strength training or lift whatever and Im not on any diet but I believe that I'm eating at my maintainance calories so by biking I'm burning some calories extra calories than my BMR which is why I'm losing some weight slowly. Also I eat canteen food so I'm not eating nutritious food whatsoever I don't think I'm eating enough protein either.

I've heard not lifting or eating enough protein while losing weight can lead to muscle loss and all other bad stuff so just wanted to hear, is how I'm losing weight really unhealthy?? Like what's the worst that can happen??!?
