I’m 5’4” 24F, SW: 175, CW: 139, GW: 130
I BROKE 140LBS TODAY OMG. I HAVENT BEEN THIS LOW SINCE I WAS LIKE 19.
I initially went from 175-145 in 14 months, then I maintained 145 for 1.5 years. 2 weeks ago I decided I really wanted to get to a lower weight and just feel more confident like I used to (also I love cute clothes and I prefer the way they fit when I’m smaller). I started counting calories again 2 weeks ago and I’m now 139 as of this morning. Holy crap.
Also to be precise I was “actually” 143 when I started and I never went below 1200 calories (usually eat between 1500-1200 depending on activity). I obviously also lost water weight, but it’s freaking crazy how I dropped below 140. I cannot wait to see 135, and then eventually 130. I just know once I reach 130 I’ll feel so much slimmer for my body type. I hold a lot of weight in my stomach when I am above 140 and I already notice my stomach feels flatter.
Anyway, that’s all :D I’m just excited to see results even in just 2 weeks.
